Wow, this is so interesting! I love the contrast between the large hands of the care giver and the smallness of the patient, it almost gives the sense of how many patients, (back in the day or presently) put their lives and hopes in the hands of caregivers, looking up to them to help them recover. Excellent work m'dear!
